Eggs
Our wild assortment of eggs... The tiny ones are eggs without yolk. The huge one is most likely a double yolker. The rest is normal. I recognize who lays what eggs because there are basically 3 colors: blue, brown and pinkish. The chicken who is laying the tine ones and the double yolker is our Buff Orpington. She is weird. LOL She was clucking for hours before laying that big egg...

amazing! same chicken lays yolkless and double?
Oh, I love this. What is more beautiful than the smooth and rounded, pastel eggs fresh from the henhouse?--the clean ones, that is.

When our son Peter, now 25, was a toddler, we got a batch of 25 chicks, and each child had 2 of his or her own. Peter had two Buff Orpingtons, and at his big sister's suggestion he named them both Susie, so that he wouldn't have to try to tell them apart.
Ooh! When I got eggs from friends back at my last house, I used to love the pinkish ones. They're the prettiest.
I had a tiny egg like that in the nest box a couple days back. I haven't opened it yet though.
